  2. Appointment of Section Committee Members
    1. Must have minimum of 3 Section Committee; 
      • 1 Chairperson
      • 1 Treasurer
      • 1 Secretary/ any other role
    2. Can have more than 3 Section Committee Members
  3. Past and plan upcoming activities
  4. Address any other concerns, ideas etc
