Cancellation Rules
Cancellation of membership must be made in writing to the Panaga Club Member Services Office either via below online form or email to memberservices@panagaclub.com.
Cancellation of group lessons is not entitled to any refunds, in full or pro-rata rebate. This means that you will be charged up and until the month we officially receive your cancellation request. You are only allowed to re-apply for Section(s) and/or Lesson(s) cancelled after a minimum of six (6) calendar months from your cancellation date, subject to a waiting list (if any). For Private and/or Semi-Private Lesson(s) only, you can rejoin after 2 calendar months from your cancellation date.
