.Information for Panaga Club Members Visiting Affiliate Clubs:

Before visiting one of the listed Clubs, Panaga Club members are reminded that a reciprocal card or introductory letter must be obtained at least 2 working days in advance during office hours Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm excluding Sundays and Public holidays:

        1. WhatsApp Club Hotline: +673 745 2265 OR

  1. RBYC Management requires Panaga Club members:
    • Each Panaga Club member, who intends to use the facilities of the RBYC, must bring a new introductory card from the Panaga Club with him/her on each visit; no longer allowed to have a card valid for three months.
    • To facilitate speedy entry registration, a scanned or WhatsApp copy may be forwarded to RBYC Admin office prior to intended visit.  Email: admin.rbyc@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +673 8693563.
    • As parking facilities inside both club houses are limited, all vehicles must be located outside the Club house’s carpark, which are available.
    • Reciprocal members will not be allowed to bring any guests.
  2. Members wanting to play golf at one of the affiliated Clubs should also carry their handicap card with them.
  3. The maximum number of times you may visit an affiliate Club is subject to the conditions specified in the individual reciprocal arrangement.
  4. There are no credit facilities available at the reciprocating Clubs. Some Clubs may require visitors to make payments at the point of placing their orders (be it food or drink) without exception. If you do choose to run a tab, kindly inform them as you will need to leave your credit card behind the bar.
  5. The Panaga Golf Club (PGC) and Kuala Belait Boat Club (KBBC) have their own reciprocal arrangements with Clubs (see above).

Members of the PGC are given access to the facilities of affiliate Golf Clubs upon showing their Panaga Club Membership Card, and vice versa.  Rental fees, where applicable, are the same for the affiliate Club's members and Panaga Club guests.

Many of these Clubs have a voucher system in substitution for cash payments.
