Process on Disposal of Club Movables (Club funded Items)

  1. Requester to raise Movables Disposal Form.  For details of registered items, please refer the Movables Register held in Finance Dept.
  2. Submit the Disposal Form to Finance with pictures of disposed items. Email approval & digitally signed Disposal Form are acceptable.
  3. Finance to check & circulate Disposal Form for approval signatures.
  4. Upon obtaining all approvals, Finance will send the approved copy to the Requester who will then arrange for physical disposal.

Further on Disposal of Club Movables (BSP funded Items)

  1. Assets that belong to the Club but a property of BSP, Finance will send the copy to BSP.
  2. BSP assists to raise an online Write off form for approval.
  3.  Finance will advise the relevant parties once approval obtained.

 

NOTE:

All assets are deemed to remain the property of Club until Movables Disposal Form is duly approved, i.e., no physical disposal is allowed until Disposal Form is duly approved.
