Cancellation Rules

Cancellation of membership must be made in writing to the Panaga Club Member Services Office either via below online form or email to:

Cancellation of section lesson (Music, Dance, Tennis and Swim) must be made in writing to the Panaga Club Member Services Office either via below online form or email to:

Cancellation of membership does not entitle me to any refund, in full or pro rata rebate.  For cancellations of membership of unincorporated sections (i.e. those with a periodic contribution), rejoining is normally not permitted within six months of cancellation.  For cancellation of group lesson, it will be charged up until the month of resignation in writing is submitted to the member services office or the Panaga Club’s section lesson registrar. As for private and semi-private lessons, charges will only be applied up until the last lesson attended. Once a resignation form is submitted, member can only re-apply after six months from the cancellation date as per waiting list.
