Rules and Regulations for Arts & Crafts Section

Arts and Crafts is a section which incurs an additional membership fee.

For a single person the charge is $30 per year, charged annually. For a primary member and their immediate family (spouse and children only) the charge is $50. Visiting family or friends will need their own membership or pay $5 per session to use the facilities in addition to any workshop fee. If joining after 30th June the fee will be $20 for single membership and $40 for family.

Children over 5 are only allowed to attend the family sessions with a parent member on Saturday morning (dependent on volunteer availability) or for specially organized children activities. No children under 12 can attend the open sessions.

The annual membership fee will be made automatically against my account in JANUARY of each year.Cancellation at any time does not entitle any refund or rebate.  Cancellation of membership must be advised in writing to the Panaga Club Administration Office or Section Committee member and will take effect once received/accepted.

Any persons entering the Club’s property and/or using the Club’s facilities:
- do so entirely at own risk and neither the Club nor the Club’s management, volunteers or committee members, members or any employees shall be liable in any manner whatsoever for:
- any claim or damage arising or suffered either directly or indirectly from personal injury or harm whatsoever, including death, or any damage whether direct or indirect to personal or other property whatsoever, and howsoever caused.
- shall, by doing so, be deemed to indemnify the Club against any liability for damages, howsoever caused.
