Late class entry is at the Instructor's discretion to avoid class disruptions.

WEIGHTS & STRENGTH - weight training for the whole body utilising a barbell and weights plates incorporating a short cardio strength blast.
STRETCH & BALANCE - stretching and balancing to lengthen and strengthen the whole body.
