Open Morning, Exhibition & Social Evening with Arts & Crafts Section

The last few weeks have been very busy in Arts and Crafts. An open morning, exhibition and social evening all to celebrate the end of the “I made it here” Challenge.

 

Well done to our adult winners Aigerim, Sucheta, Jemma and Catherine and our junior winners Edward and Holly.

 

All pieces were created in the Arts and Crafts room during the 7 week challenge period.

 Thanks to Meghna Vinod who judged our entries and chose 6 very deserving winners.

 

It’s so wonderful see to all the talents that have been learnt and nurtured in the room coming to fruition and resulting in beautiful pieces.

 

Every entry showed skill, creativity and the all important determination.

 

To all those who took part we say a heartfelt thanks and congratulations too for making judging such a difficult task.

 

Without people in it the Arts and crafts room, is just that, a room. With people in it it becomes a community
