Invitation for "Expressions of Interest" For Panaga Club Lotus Lounge

The Panaga Club provides an extensive range of sporting and social amenities to its members, conveniently located at E5, Simpang 464, Jalan Utara, Seria. We are excited to invite potential local businesses to submit their interest in operating an all-day dining restaurant within our prestigious Club premises. The available venue space is approximately 347m2 on Level 1 of the Main Building. With a large and diverse membership base, the Panaga Club presents an excellent opportunity to establish a thriving food and beverage business that can cater to both members and the public. The venue is intended to serve as a family-friendly destination offering high-quality food and beverages from breakfast to dinner.

Expression of Interest (EOI):

1. Preferred Concept Direction
   • Western or modern fusion cuisine suitable for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
   • Strong pastry/bakery and specialty coffee offering.
   • Café-style or casual dining concept with a warm and approachable ambiance.
   • Other concepts are welcome — please specify.
2. Key Requirements
   • Experience in managing family-friendly dining environments.
   • Strong operational standards in service, hygiene, and staffing.
   • A unique culinary identity or signature items that differentiate your brand.
3. Please include the following in your submission:
   • Concept Proposal (cuisine, menu direction, brand story)
   • Commercial Proposal (rental expectations)
   • Track Record (existing outlets, relevant experience)

Vendors will be provided a form to complete and return no later than 19 DECEMBER 2025 @ 1600HRS. PLEASE NOTE THAT LATE SUBMISSIONS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This Expression of Interest shall not be deemed to be an invitation to tender. Panaga Club shall have the right and sole discretion to reject any part or all of the responses made by the Vendor. Panaga Club shall have the right and sole discretion to determine the bidders for this EOI. This letter serves solely for the purpose of obtaining EOI and shall neither in any way be construed as to create any legal obligation on the parties responding to this advertisement nor mentioned herein. Expenses incurred in connection to this shall be borne in its entirety by the interested parties.
