Panaga Club Yoga Celebrates International Women's Day with Special Yoga Session
Last Saturday morning, the Panaga club Yoga Section marked International Women’s Day with a rejuvenating yoga session designed to honor the strength, resilience, and empowerment of women. The session, which took place at the Main Hall, welcomed participants of all levels, fostering an atmosphere of support, relaxation, and mindfulness.
The class, led by yoga instructor Susan Decena and supported by Adriana, incorporated a variety of poses and breathing techniques aimed at promoting mental and physical wellness. It provided attendees a space to focus on their health while celebrating the unique role women play in both the community and the world at large.
In line with the theme of the day, the session also included a moment of reflection, where participants were encouraged to appreciate their own strength and the achievements of women everywhere. The event was not only a chance for physical renewal but also a reminder of the importance of mental well-being and the positive impact of community support.
Participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to take part in such a meaningful activity, with many stating that the session offered them a much-needed break from their daily routines, while also fostering a sense of unity among women. The event was a testament to the Panaga Yoga Section's commitment to promoting wellness and inclusivity within the community.
As part of the ongoing efforts to provide accessible wellness activities, the Panaga Yoga Section plans to continue hosting events that celebrate important dates and support the well-being of all community members, regardless of gender.
This International Women’s Day yoga session stands as a beautiful reminder of the power of mindfulness and movement in supporting personal growth and collective empowerment.
