INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
GOLF COURSE HALFWAY HOUSE
Panaga Club invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested local businesses and food & beverage operators for the operation of the Halfway House located within Panaga Club Golf Course. We are located at E5, Simpang 464, Jalan Utara, Panaga, Seria KB3534, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
The Club is seeking a suitable operator to provide convenient food and beverage services primarily to golfers, club members and guests. The proposed concept should complement the golf course environment and provide a practical selection of refreshments, light meals and grab-and-go options. A site visit will subsequently be arranged by the Club for short-listed parties.
Submission Requirements
Interested companies are required to submit the following:
- Company profile
- Valid business license
- Proposed business concept for the Halfway House
- Proposed menu/offerings
- Proposed operating hours
- Track record (relevant experiences)

Interested parties are invited to express their interest by submitting an email to emily.on@panagaclub.com with the subject line:
“Expression of Interest – Golf Course Halfway House”
All submissions must be received no later than WEDNESDAY, 2 SEPTEMBER 2026.
Only shortlisted companies will be contacted for the next stage of the process.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute an invitation to tender and shall not be construed as a commitment, offer, or agreement by Panaga Club.
Panaga Club reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any or all submissions, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Panaga Club further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the selection of companies for participation in the next stage of the process.
This EOI does not create any legal or contractual obligation between Panaga Club and any responding party. All costs and expenses incurred by interested parties in connection with this EOI shall be borne entirely by the respective parties.
